**About us**

2Gether Connect is an NDIS and Home Care Approved Provider that prides itself in offering a flexible and individualised care service in home and community settings to people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and to achieve their goals.

**About the role**

We are looking for dedicated people to join our team to provide support at our Supported Independent Living accommodation in Nowra. Applicants are required to be available for a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster; this includes active nights, weekends and public holidays.

**About you**
- possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature
- have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- have previous experience in providing disability care (highly regarded)
- available to start immediately

**Mandatory requirements**
- current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- current NSW driver's licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module: ‘Quality, Safety and You’ Certificate of Completion
- Infection Prevention and Control for COVID-19 Certificate of Acknowledgement
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $42.00 per hour
