We have the best American-style restaurant in the Inner East, and we are known for the best burgers in Melbourne We are looking for 2 new team members to join our team and help us put our mouthwatering burgers into every person's hand in Melbourne.

**What’s involve**
- The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Food/beverage preparation and presentation
- Prepping quality ingredients in the kitchen with love
- Becoming a whizz at all stations (Front of house, grill master, fry master, burger master, dessert master and prep master)
- Maintain restaurant/kitchen presentation and ensuring that it’s sparkling clean
- Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service casual dining restaurant environment

**What are we looking for?**
We welcome previous experience in a customer-facing or kitchen environment, but this is a great entry-level role. If you have a big appetite for learning (and burgers), we will show you the rest.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A keen willingness to learn and further develop your already amazing skill set
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster, including nights/ weekends
- Representation of the Central Burgers values;

We’re a hospitality business, so you will need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and especially on the weekends.
