We’re on the lookout for friendly, proactive, and service-driven **Workspace Experience Associates** to join the founding team at **One Two Five by Hub** - our brand-new clubhouse opening in **Brookfield Place, Perth in February 2026.**

Located at **125 St Georges Terrace**, One Two Five will be a space for serious business and standout hospitality. With premium interiors, a rooftop terrace, sports lounge, and proximity to everything from cafés and gyms to childcare, this is not just another office - it’s a modern work-life destination.

As a **Workspace Experience Associate**, you’ll be the go-to person for members and guests. From warm welcomes and coffee service to coordinating events and keeping the space running seamlessly, you’ll play a vital role in shaping this new space and delivering the premium, hospitality-first experience Hub is known for.

**What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to)**:

- As the welcoming face of our workspace, you'll create personalised experiences for members and guests
- Assist with our cafe operations downstairs by preparing a variety of beverages (If you don't know how - it's okay We can train you)
- Play a crucial role in organising and executing workplace events. From small meetings to larger gatherings, your involvement will ensure each event is a hit, marked by seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies. Your attention here ensures we’re always stocked and ready to meet our members' needs
- Assist with aspects of our workspace's day-to-day operations, such as opening and closing procedures and conducting space checks etc

**Qualifications** We're Looking For Someone Who**:

- At least **2 years of experience**in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, hotel, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector
- Barista experience will be a **BONUS**:

- Strongly embodies a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to the needs and preferences of guests to enhance their overall experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient multitasking abilities, maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for building relationships, with a strong ability to bring warmth to every interaction and effectively build rapport and foster strong relationships
