**High Voltage Technicians with RIW card required for project in Sydney**

Our Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation (ME&I) division offers a full turnkey solution for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation projects. We specialise in LV / HV and hazardous area installations from design, construction, commissioning and completions through to operations and maintenance.

**Tasks include but not limited to**:

- Performing High Voltage switching and Isolating
- Issuing of work permits to work groups that require a high voltage isolation
- Writing switching programs.
- Performing preventative maintenance on the High Voltage assets
- Investigating and completing corrective and emergency maintenance when required
- Completing request forms for up coming work
- Completing required reporting to supervisor and network authority
- ** Qualifications Required**
- Electrical Licence
- High Voltage switching training
- Rail industry worker card RIW
- First aid HLTAID011 or UETTDRRF10
- Low voltage rescue and CPR
- White card
- Cat 3 Rail medical (advantageous)

**Experience Required**
- High Voltage Switching (Ideally in a network environment )
- Experience working as the permit authority
- High Voltage testing and commissioning highly desirable
- Control commissioning and fault finding
- Strong ability to read detailed control and single line drawings
- ability to self manage daily tasks
