The Charter Operations Representative is a member of the Flight Operations Center (FOC) and is tasked with supporting all requests and booked trips generated by the outside sales team from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. The role also includes client interaction and servicing activities. A successful Charter Operations Representative will develop strong internal and external working relationships.

This is a remote position assigned to one of the established work shifts within the Flight Operations Center (FOC) which may/will include weekend and evening hours, as required/needed, and frequent work hours beyond forty (40) hours per week.

This full-time, position will report to the Vice President of Charter Operations and Owner Services.

**Essential Duties**:

- Sourcing and negotiation of brokered aircraft (MUST have knowledge of Part(s) 135 & 91 operations, preferably 121 operations)
- Analyze sourcing requests and schedule(s) for maximum aircraft utilization and profit optimization
- Coordinate payments/financial reconciliation
- Thoroughly document service requirements/requests
- Receive and respond to inquiries from prospective, new, and existing clients
- Perform coordination of services for contracted trips, including agreement execution/management, and acting as the primary liaison between operators and vendors
- Ensure proper day-of-operation communications, including but not limited to flight-following, with client(s) - including times outside of normal business hours
- Develop a strong understanding of factors influencing the industry, including seasonality, competition, demand/availability and aircraft capabilities
- Utilize industry knowledge and experience to suggest improvements to sales, customer service/hospitality, and other business functions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience of 2+ years with executive/business jets strongly preferred
- Experience of 2+ years in sales and/or customer services
- Solid ability to use standard office productivity software
