**About the Role**
This role can be based out of our Kingsgrove office in NSW or our Hawthorn office in Melbourne.
**About You**:
You are a seasoned leader with a track record of ethical leadership as well as driving change and transformation in a similar function. Your ability to lead people, inspire a sense of purpose, and build high-performing teams is one of your key strengths. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and build trust, particularly with operational teams. As a systematic thinker, you have the capacity to implement and manage robust systems that align with compliance requirements. Additionally, experience in delivering outcomes within projects, properties, and fleet management will be highly regarded.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Lead & rebuild the Assets function, driving the team with a clear sense of purpose & direction.
- Inspire & empower your team to achieve high-performance results while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially Scope's Operations team, building trust and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Implement robust systems and processes to drive efficiency, ensuring compliance and meeting all operational requirements.
- Lead the Assets function through significant change, shaping and enhancing the service delivery model from the ground up.
**What we would like you to come with**:
- Extensive & proven experience in a property management role.
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and initiating positive change.
- Experience in the development, governance and running of Requests for Tender / Requests for Proposal.
