Strategy Analyst

**About the role**

Entain Australia has set ambitious goals and the strategy team will play a pivotal role in delivering these goals. The Strategy Analyst is a key member of this team and is responsible for ensuring senior leaders across the business, particularly the CEO and CFO, have access to robust analysis to support effective strategic decision making.

This is a very unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of Strategy Analytics and help shape the future direction of the business, playing a key role in identifying and solving problems in response to current & emerging market dynamics.

**What you will do**
- Work closely with the CFO, GM Strategy and Head of Strategy Analytics to develop, complete and present findings that will optimise strategic decision making.
- Utilising external and internal data sources, identify and drive strategic opportunities and measure key objectives.
- Deliver insightful analysis to answer key business questions that directly influence the day-to-day and long-term strategies & plans of the business.
- Provide support to the development of forecasting for all current and future business units

**Who we’re looking for**
- Background in Economics or Consulting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You can cultivate productive relationships to influence stakeholders across the business.
- Ability to identify and understand key drivers in a complex commercial environment.
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise and manage workflow in order to meet multiple deadlines.
- Be able and confident to question assumptions and be adaptive to change.
- You are energetic and enthusiastic and have endless curiosity, and a natural desire to explore opportunities.
- Bonus points - If you have Snowflake AWS, SQL, Power BI, BOARD, ORACLE Cloud Exp.
