We are seeking a** Outdoor Educations Operations Manager**to lead the delivery of transformational experiences and drive excellence across our outdoor education programs, by leading a passionate and high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

- Ensure seamless delivery of industry-leading outdoor education programs
- Champion safety, compliance, and operational best practice

**What You Bring**
- Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership or equivalent
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong operational and communication skills.
- A heart for service, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to developing others and enhancing guest outcomes.
