Licensed Capacity: 42
Hourly Rate: $35.35 - $43.54 per hour (includes casual loading)

About the Role

At Busy Bees at Balcatta, we are looking for a passionate and flexible Casual Educator to join our team.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

- Provide high-quality care and education across different age groups.
- Support permanent team members in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Deliver play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Adapt quickly to different rooms and teams.

What You’ll Need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee) / WWVP (ACT).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts at short notice.
