Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Allied Health Assistant who is ready for a new adventure. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively alongside our Physiotherapists while providing clinical and administrative support services. This role will be based out of our Cootamundra Health Service.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Allied Health Assistant to join us in this exciting role to provide a quality clinical and administrative service.

As the Allied Health Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Perform and assist with activities under the supervision and direction of treating Physiotherapists and Allied Health Professionals
- Complete clinical and administrative support activities to promote the effective and efficient provision of Allied Health services.
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and the multidisciplinary team

**About You**
- Hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or formal commitment to complete this training within 3 years of employment, or relevant qualification and willingness to complete required skill sets.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with demonstrate ability to take initiative
