**Your new role**

The role entails, but is not restricted to, the following duties:

- Coordinating end-of-month invoicing and maintaining regular communication with our accounting department;
- Interacting with team members, clients, and international trademark representatives;
- Preparing IP Australia forms such as extensions, expedited examinations, deferments, and hearing requests;
- Establishing new trademark, client/agent contacts, dispute, and other records in Equinox;
- Undertaking administrative tasks and generating reports concerning both international and domestic trademark issues; and
- Overseeing and managing all incoming and outgoing patent-related correspondence.

- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- A positive mindset and a robust work ethic;
- An eagerness to learn;
- The capacity to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Prior experience in administrative or legal support roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
