Costi’s Fish and Chips is a proudly family-run business, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced and welcoming team in Barangaroo.

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is eager to grow. You’ll have the opportunity to be mentored directly by the business owner, with potential to step into a future management role.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Start your shift by preparing and assembling a variety of fresh salads
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in preparation for service
- Work alongside a friendly team in a high-energy, customer-focused atmosphere

**Requirements**:

- Basic knife skills for food prep
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have full working rights in Australia
