**Join Our Team as a Roof & Floor Truss Detailer**

Are you passionate about the construction industry and eager to contribute to the success of building projects? We're seeking a skilled Roof & Floor Truss Detailer to join our in house team, specializing in providing high-quality manufactured timber trusses to a small to a medium-sized builders and owner-builders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design timber components using advanced engineered software
- Provide excellent customer service to trade clients
- Follow up on all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with trade customers and suppliers
- Identify and resolve issues such as unclear plans or discrepancies between plans and customer specifications
- Interpret customers' plans and quotes to generate design files in Pryda

**Preferred Experience**:

- Knowledge of Truss Manufacturing Software, I.e Pryda, Mitek, Multi-Nail. We specialise in using Pryda, but can provide training for anyone willing to transition over from other truss manufacturing software's.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working at another truss manufacturer.
- Knowledge on how to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Problem Solving Skills, ability to find clients solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the building industry and Australian Standards.
- Experience in frame and trusses.
- Proven ability to accurately detail domestic housing, multi-residential, and unit developments.
- Commitment to following up inquiries within required timeframes.
