**Italian Street Kitchen** pays homage to the lively eateries of Italy’s side streets, and embodies authentic Italian cuisine. We are located in the heart of **Neutral Bay** and are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our family.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

- At least 2 year previous experience in a similar role; experience in a bar is preferred
- POS system experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Valid RSA
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

**Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for:

- Holding strong food and beverage menu knowledge
- Dispensing bar, spirits and tap beer
- Crafting cocktails
- Operating daily bar procedures and processes
- Delivering outstanding and memorable customer service
- Processing payments
- Sharing in the overall duties within the restaurant
- Contributing a positive influence within an innovative and vibrant team culture

**Job Type**: Part-time
