The Boardwalk Bistro and Café at Wrest Point Casino in Hobart is a popular dining destination offering casual meals with stunning waterfront views. Known for our friendly atmosphere and great value experiences, we also recently added an all you can eat ice cream sundae bar at the Bistro.

**What you can expect in a day in this role**:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great all-round guest experience. From serving meals and drinks to assisting with TAB and Keno services, you’ll bring energy, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude to every shift. You’ll take orders, handle payments, and maintain clean, welcoming service areas—all while ensuring gaming services run smoothly and in line with regulations. Whether guests are enjoying a meal, relaxing with a drink, or engaging in our gaming facilities, you’ll help create a safe, friendly and enjoyable environment.

**What you will bring to the role**:
Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative, you will have:

- Keno Writer, Senior Keno Writer and TAB certificates and experience would be highly advantageous
- An understanding of food & beverage products and services
- A professional & mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Current Tasmanian recognised Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Ability to work a rotational roster across 7 days, including late nights and into the early morning
