**Why the role matters**

As our Employee Communication Specialist, you'll help drive internal brand advocacy, fostering a sense of pride and unity among Origin's employees. Collaborating closely with all members of the Employee Communication team, you'll ensure we execute our communication plans, setting new standards for communication excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver and execute integrated internal communication plans that inform and inspire our employees.
- Craft engaging content across multiple communication channels to foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Organise unforgettable employee events that promote unity and pride.
- Deliver initiatives that support Origin's strategy, priorities, and values.
- Assist the Employee Communication team in measuring and analysing communication activities to enhance engagement and foster ongoing improvement.

With impeccable project management skills, an eye for detail, and unflappable manner, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment.
