The Velvet Glove, A new elegant Bar & Restaurant in (Kings Cross) Darlinghurst is looking for experienced waitstaff to join our sophisticated team.

Operating 7 days a week from Midday to 11pm. Serving lunch & dinner.

Consistent rosters available while offering great work life balance and no late-night finishes.

As our new team member you will be hands-on in delivering a sophisticated and exceptional service experience for our guests.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Love and passion in delivering a sophisticated and caring experience for our guests and staff.
- Proven knowledge and a love of learning about food, wine, beer and spirits.
- Strong communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and enjoy working within a sophisticated team environment.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a restaurant of similar calibre.
- Deep passion for the hospitality industry with a dedication to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fun and energetic environment
- Strong communication skills with an eye for detail and being well presented at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $40.13 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
