**Your role**

As the Lifestyle coordinator, you will be:

- Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars
- Assessing and individualising lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents
- Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members
- Engaging with community groups to build a network of support and social partners
- Identifying new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged
- Promoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest

**About you**
- A warm, ethusiastic and creative individual
- Strong experience in Aged Care
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- **MUST have Certificate IV in Leisure and health and certificate III individual Support**:

- A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
- Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
- Computer and documentation skills
- Availability to work Sunday to Wednesday 8.00am to 4.00pm or Thursday through to Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm
