We are seeking a Civil Foreman to join a long-standing and expanding business.

**Our client**

Our client specialises in facilities management offering a wide range of services, working closely with a variety of tier one organisations and businesses.

**The Role**

Reporting to the general manager you’ll coordinate within a small team to:

- Prepare the daily work schedules for the team and effectively manage deadlines.
- Organise and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project tasks.
- Address client needs, inquiries, and concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Finalise purchases and invoices for a variety of services.

**About you**
- Proven experience in a Civil Foreman position or similar role
- Ability to operate a wide range of heavy-duty equipment including and not limited to backhoes, skid steer loaders, rollers, graders, excavators, water carts.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- In depth knowledge in a variety of procedures and methods used within maintenance, construction and repair activities for unsealed roads and fire trails.
- HR Drivers license

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
