**Job Description** Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of cybersecurity?** At NCS Australia, we're passionate about protecting our clients and their data. We're seeking a talented security analyst to join our innovative and supportive team and help us stay ahead of the curve in cybersecurity. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts, learn from industry leaders, and make a real difference in the fight against cyber threats.

Collaboration is key at NCS Australia. You'll work closely with our Cloud Architect and DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into our cloud infrastructure and development processes. Furthermore, you'll provide security awareness training to staff to help prevent human-error-based security breaches. You'll monitor and analyse security alerts and incidents to identify and address potential threats. Additionally, you'll conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate weaknesses in our security infrastructure. You'll also develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role with technical depth
- Proven expertise in cloud security principles, with a strong focus on data warehousing environments
- Familiarity with security tools and practices for platforms like Snowflake, Alation, and Workato
- Possession of relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with security in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in agile development environments
