**The role**
Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.
We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the TWR team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge.
**About you**
You’ll bring the following:
- 2 years cocktail experience
- Experience working in a fast paced, upscale bar
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
**Additional Information**:
**To be successful, you’ll**:
Hold or willing to obtain a valid RSA Certificate
**This role requires you to**:
- Work across a rotating roster of daytime, and evening shifts
- Have well rounded knowledge on daily bar operations, cocktails and wine
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.
