If so, we would love to hear from you An exciting opportunity exists to join our dynamic team of finance professionals within Finance Division. Our teams provide specialist financial advice for approx. 350+ Police stations and volunteer organisations within the responsibility of the Queensland Police Service to ensure ongoing compliance of financial activities.
Your Key Accountabilities -The Core Capability Requirements for this role are:

- Coordination and delivery of efficient and effective Systems Support across allQPS' finance systems. Undertake quality assurance including systems security access, master data,testing and analysis to maintain integrity, efficiency, and compliance requirements. - Monitor and investigate issues, resolve problems, and provide advice and supportto system users in respect to processes and data contained within the informationsystems. Provide regular project progress status and financial reports to Management andClients and prepare, review and present project reports, briefing notes, submissions,and other correspondence. - Contribute to the development of processes, training, and project support to meetongoing business requirements, including system and user acceptance testing. Work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop and facilitate ongoing relationships andpartnerships with QPS work units.

Role Requirements - Technical/ Operational/ Educational Experience: - Highly Desirable: - Systems support skills for (SAP ECC 6.0) or similar ERP, Expense Management Systems and Cash/Receipting systems. - Strong experience in a helpdesk environment for large end user base providing 2nd level support. Desirable: - Systems support skills for finance and expense management software systems where it involves end user support. - Able to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
