**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve beverages and meals to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations and pairings from our beverage menu
- Set up, clear, and maintain clean dining areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain compliance with RSA and hygiene standards

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar food and beverage or front-of-house role
- **Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages** - especially wine, sake, beer, and cocktails
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- RSA certification (Essential)
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus, but not essential - training provided
