**About Us**
First Pilates Studios is a leading Pilates organization with 14 locations across Australia, dedicated to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through Pilates.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Appointment Setter focused on selling Pilates Memberships off our lead generations. Based at our Gold Coast location, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales, and converting intro packs into memberships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Generation**:

- Proactively promote and sell Pilates Memberships to individuals and groups.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide detailed information about membership options, benefits, and promotions.

2. **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing members.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections to ensure a seamless sales process.

3. **Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule and confirm appointments for potential members to tour the facility and discuss membership options.

4. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to team goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members.

5. **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and member preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for health and fitness, with knowledge of Pilates a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
