About the role

Our People Shared Services team provide support to our corporate and operational teams across the Jetstar Australia & New Zealand network in the delivery of timely and accurate processing of payroll along with administrative support of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, managing the suite of People Systems and delivering value add learning and organisational development activities. We pride ourselves on the delivery of superior customer service, data accuracy and quality initiatives for our people, whilst creating an energetic, team environment.

As part of our investment in our culture, our People Shared Services team now have a new 12 month fixed term opportunity available in the role of Organisational Development Coordinator Working closely with your OD colleagues and broader HR community, this role will see you responsible for the coordination of activities related to initiatives across a range of OD areas including engagement and community based initiatives, cultural onboarding and immersion and leadership and team member development.

As Organisational Development Coordinator, your accountabilities will include:

- Administrative tasks associated with the design and delivery of culture and development programs, such as creating training courses sessions, creating attendance lists, updating learning records and maintaining training materials
- Coordinating a range of employee engagement activities, both program or event based, across the organisation
- Managing the online resources portal including uploading materials, and creating and maintaining webpages
- Managing inbox queries and responding to queries from team members and manager queries relating to programs offered
- Creation and maintenance of project plans and reports as required for various initiatives

About you

We are searching for superior administrator with an appetite to learn and progress your HR expertise. You will have a genuine care for delivering a great experience for our most important customer - our people. Naturally, you will bring a structured, organised operating style and comfort to work within strict timeframes whilst flexible to get involved in a range of projects.

You will bring:

- A tertiary qualification in a related field such as Human Resources, Business or Education (highly regarded)
- Some experience (1-2 years) in a HR related role, such as learning or organisational development
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, always with a customer centric attitude
- Exposure to a learning management system, such as SuccessFactors or Workday highly regarded.
