The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Write all copy written for the website regarding product descriptions ensuring copy is SEO/SEM optimised
- Provide editorial styling advice to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales
- Write all copy for Press/Media releases to drive media engagement and coverage
- Ensure tone of voice and brand consistency in all customer-facing copy
- Collaborate with marketing team in the planning and development of monthly EDM & social content
- Own and deliver the revamp on the POLITIX Style Advice blog - working with the wider marketing team on content calendar planning, objectives and outcomes for this content
- Works closely with any externals ie: talent/stylists where necessary, ensuring that they are properly briefed, and provided with scripts in a timely manner
- Support copy creation/feedback on any media outputs to ensure the POLITIX brand is consistency represented in this channel
- Support in generating new content ideas to be developed on an ad-hoc basis or as part of the broader planning
- Quarterly deep dive creative reviews across campaigns and website creative
- Consider the marketing budget in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring budget forecast managed accurately and budget processes are completed in a timely manner
- Support in pulling together any presentation copy or scripts for key events / SLT members
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Experience in writing and editing fashion and style advice copy
- Experience in writing Press / Media Releases
- Proven cross channel creative direction with a solid understanding of creative & brand expression across digital channels including social
- Commercially aware, with a record of delivering creative that has a strong brand aesthetic and sales return
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Passionate about brand and creative
- Willingness to learn, display initiative and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure
- Well-developed time management and organisation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
