Over the past 2 years, we've hired fifteen new recruitment consultants with little to nil recruitment experience, 12 of which are still in our business today and performing to a high standard, much of this is due to our world-class training and support systems, as you grow and learn the ropes to becoming our very own next high performing consultant.
When you join our company, you will be paired with a senior recruiter who will be your mentor, they will work closely with you to show you how to be the best IT recruiter you can possibly be. You also get the chance to have weekly one-on-one time with other senior team members to learn different styles of consulting. As we believe it's very important to be exposed to different styles so you can learn what style of consulting works best for you.
We've had people join our business with zero recruitment experience, learn a new career that can take them anywhere in the world, and earn upwards of $40,000 in commission cheques per quarter in their first year.
**What will your day look like?**
- Working with and using our state-of-the-art software systems
- Building marketing campaign material with our business support team
- Sales administration duties, it's important you make notes on your meetings & that you can type up reports on the people you meet.
- Weekly one-on-one progress meetings to keep track of your growth
- Working on your career plan with your direct manager
- Attending after-hours meet-up events bi-monthly
