Remer is a fast-growing company and market leader in manufacturing high quality LED mirrors. With our rapid expansion of national footprint, we have an exciting opening for you to join our team as the Customer Service Officer reporting to Customer Service Manager.

We are currently seeking a professional, motivated and reliable individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our growing team at our head office located in Dandenong South. This role requires a positive team player, who enjoys engaging with people and providing outstanding support. This is a full-time role and the working hours is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

**In this roll you will**:

- Manage customer enquiries
- Process orders and warranty claims on a timely and accurate basis
- Ensure databases are updated accurately and within required timeframes
- Develop and maintain reports on regular basis
- General administrative duties and office support as required, including filing, managing office supplies

**To be successful in this role, ideally you will have**:

- Exceptional customer service focus
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing
- Excellent time management with ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $51,583.00 per year
