We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver recruitment solutions in partnership with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner. This role is a 6-month fixed term contract reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in North Ryde with flexible work options available.
Purpose of the Role
- Proactively create and develop partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the businesses to deliver best talent in the organisation
- Identify and attract the right talent with aligned GWF values and behaviours that will drive the business forward
- Contribute to the company's growth strategy by developing organisational recruiting capabilities
- Be Tip Top's representative and advocate to the employee market

About You
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse talent portfolio
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels
- Ability to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
