**Who we are**:A full-service digital marketing agency based in Sydney who provide a 360 digital marketing solution to clients within the medical and healthcare field.

**What we are looking for**:An experienced Head of Web Design and Development to lead web design and development activities in both a production and managerial capacity, manage client accounts, and drive conversion rate optimization initiatives, acting as a key liaison between clients and various internal teams.

**What will you do**:

- Department and team management
- Client account management and onboarding
- Website and landing page production and management
- Ad copy and A/B test management
- Research, data analysis and reporting

**What must you have**:

- Proven experience in website building, UX design, copywriting at leadership capacities.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong experience with any design software that allows wireframe and mockup building.
- Strong understanding of wireframes, landing page design, ad copywriting, and user behavior.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to suggest improvements for user experience.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- A/B testing experience and familiarity with testing methodologies is a plus.
