What You Will Achieve
Internally known as the Transfer Project Coordinator, this position is responsible for the coordination of the transfer of all packing SKU’s from Brite stock to finished pack product. This incorporates tracking and managing the progress of the project and periodically report the status to the Project Sponsors. Furthermore, this role partners with stakeholders across the Site (on-site planning, labelling, change control and packing teams) and Network (global planning teams and regulatory teams) to ensure successful delivery of this project.
This position is a 12 month fixed term contract with a very high view for extension.
How You Will Achieve It
- Develop project charters and milestone plans to support project timelines, budget and supply and compliance requirements.
- Develop and track detailed SKU transfer plans for each region considering artwork development, on-site facility and system readiness, compliance, and regulatory requirements, as well as market demand requirements.
- Review SKU transfer plans monthly based on planning cycles to ensure plans remain current and accurate.
- Manage, track, and facilitate the overall project and report the status to the Project Teams and Sponsors on site and in the Network.
- Partner with stakeholders across the Site (on-site planning, labelling, change control and packing teams) and Network (global planning teams and regulatory teams) to ensure successful delivery of this project
- Ensure all the milestones are met on time and where critical constraints are identified, facilitate the development of recovery plans between Site and Network stakeholders.
- Demonstrate self-reliance and resourcefulness, be pro-active, and able to anticipate developments
**Qualifications**:
Must Have
- Degree qualified in a Science or Engineering discipline
- Experienced in problem solving
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills in order to interact with staff throughout the organization as well as with external suppliers
- The ability to work independently, as well as contribute effectively in a team environment utilizing a team approach to resolving issues and providing positive customer service
- Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in facilitating SKU transfer projects within the Pharmaceutical Industry would be preferred
- Packaging experience will be highly regarded
