Our clients range from the general public to small and large builders, cabinet makers, architects and designers.

We are looking for a Production Manager Shop Foreman to train, develop and lead our production team - driving quality, precision, output and team culture. This opportunity requires someone who can exemplify our brand and values and motivates the team to deliver exceptional results and finishes.

The Role

You will be reporting to management, and your key responsibilities will include;
- Supervising and coordinating production.
- Managing employee performance and output
- Provide leadership and training.
- Ensuring delivery dates are met.
- Ensuring that the work produced meets our high-quality standards.
- Ensures that workplace safety is a priority.

**Profile**:

- White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Ability to interpret drawings/written specifications
- Good level of computer, written and verbal skills
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organisational skills to ensure projects run smoothly and within the desired time frames.
- A solid technical understanding of our services is highly desirable.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
