We are a well established southside fibreglass manufacturer predominantly dealing with clients in the transport industry and are looking to fill the position of Production Supervisor.

The successful applicant must have at least two years previous experience in a similar role.
Experience within the composite industry would be an advantage but not essential.
This role is hands-on and requires a good all-round ability to communicate with both floor staff and management.

Job responsibilities will include:

- Meeting daily/monthly production forecasts
- Ensuring all company processes and policies are followed by floor staff
- Monitor staff efficiency/workflow and improve where necessary
- Ensure product quality is of a high standard
- Reporting to upper management on production issues, achievements & goals
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed as per company's ISO requirements
