**Job Summary**:
The Forklift Product Supervisor is responsible for driving product knowledge and readiness across the company and with external stakeholders. This includes conducting product training, managing technical specifications, supporting go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new forklift models, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date product information. The role acts as the key internal expert for all forklift product lines and supports the sales and service teams in delivering technical clarity and market competitiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver internal and external training** on forklift products, including operation, specifications, competitive positioning, and key features.
- **Maintain and update forklift product specifications** and documentation for all models (existing and new).
- **Support go-to-market (GTM)** launches for new forklift products, including product briefings, training, and cross-department coordination.
- Work closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of forklift products.
- Regularly update and distribute product comparison sheets, feature highlights, and updates for all forklift products.
- Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and customers to support continuous product improvement and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with technical, logistics, and **service** teams to ensure product readiness and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory requirements across all product documentation and communications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in product training, technical sales support, or product management, preferably in the forklift or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of forklift systems and functions (electric, IC, warehouse forklifts, etc.).
- Proven experience delivering training sessions or product briefings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with ERP or PLM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Mandarin and English speaking is essential.**

**Preferred**:

- Experience supporting go-to-market processes or product launches.
- Familiarity with international and local safety and compliance standards for material handling equipment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
