**Sales Assistant | Ladies Fashion**

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to come and join our team at Ritzy Rose, this is an opportunity to come and work for a fast growing store in the fashion industry.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceed our customer's service expectiations. We want you to "WOW" every customer and make their visit to Ritzy Rose an experience to remember. The most important people in Ritzy Rose are our Store Sales Team. You are the first point of contact with our most important asset, THE CUSTOMER.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Sorting all stock discrepancies with customers.
- Proving insights & knowledge to customers on Products.
- Finding answers & sorting issues to every situations being faced.
- Take customers satisfaction to the next level

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Pride and ownership of work
- Ability to take instructions and learn quickly
- Experience in working in a fast paced working environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- A knowledge of social media tools, including Facebook and Instagram
- Moderate computer skills
- Quick thinker, Problem solver & Decision maker.
- Previous retail experience required

**HOW TO APPLY**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
