In this role, you will be working on behalf of a large retail client primarily handling incoming calls from customers and their retail stores. From product queries to processing refunds, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner on every call.

**Key Details**
- Commencing 11th August 2025
- Full time
- Monday to Saturday - 8:00am-6:00pm (rotating roster with Saturdays required)
- Fixed Term 3 month contract with potential to extend
- Hybrid | Melbourne CBD location
- Australian Based Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with stores to assist in the delivery of the orders to customers
- Achieve Customer Service Excellence by understanding and practising the client's customer service standards
- Actively work towards resolving customer enquiries and/or complaints in a prompt, professional and caring manner
- Achieve or exceed performance targets relating to AHT (Average Handling Time), service quality, schedule adherence, FCR (First Contact Resolution), attendance, and customer experience

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people
- Confidence in dealing with objections and quickly building rapport with customers
- Previous call centre experience and/or Oracle experience is preferred

**Technology Requirements**
- Windows 10 based PC Monitor/Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent.
- Anti-Virus installed and Windows Defender switched on with a reliable internet connection.
- You will also be required to provide your own headset with a microphone.
