As the Warehouse Coordinator / Store person at Beaumont Tiles Caboolture, it will be your role to provide accurate and timely warehouse and stores support to our sales team and to ensure that efficient and effective processes are in place so our customers are ‘delighted’ and ‘excited’ about their experience’ with us every time.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your day to day work will focus on maintaining store warehouse, managing stock levels, loading / unloading stock in vehicles, providing service and advice to our trade and retail customers, day to day picking/packing and fork lift operations.

**THE CHALLENGE**

The challenge for you is to run a highly organised, efficient and effective stores and warehouse to support the needs of the sales team, business and its customers. The challenge for the business is to continue our growth and expansion throughout Australia and to do this we need a robust stores, warehouse and sales teams to keep up with the demand.

**THE SKILL SET**
- Warehousing/Stores experience in a retail, sales or service environment
- Forklift licence will be highly regarded
- Highly organised and efficient working manner
- Strong customer service focus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Administrative skills and technologically savvy
- Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products
