About the Role
The L&D Coordinator drives our learning and development strategy, ensuring our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, contributing to the overall success of our organisation. As the L&D Coordinator you will coordinate and deliver engaging learning activities, support onboarding, and foster continuous learning in a dynamic hospitality environment.

**What You'll Do**:
As our L&D Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of driving our learning and development strategy. Here's a sneak peek at what your role will involve:

- Training Programs: Develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Learning Resources: Manage learning resources, including online modules, workshops, and training materials.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training and a warm welcome.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously seek ways to improve our learning initiatives.

Essential Criteria
2+ Years experience in Hospitality Operations or L&D
Valid RSA & RCG Competency Card
Formal qualifications related to the key position accountabilities and capabilities as detailed above
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to deal with a wide variety of employees
Demonstrate behaviours which are in line with the Bankstown District Sports Club core and culture values
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, deliver to deadlines and perform under pressure, while maintaining a high attention to detail
Ability to travel between multiple work locations
A passionate L&D professional with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Skilled in creating engaging learning materials and resources.
A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
