**About the role**

Leveraging your retention skills, this role has a broad variety of both retention and lending responsibilities. You will be trained on how to have a needs-based home lending conversation in true ME style, to ensure a customer centric, holistic, relationship-based retention outcome. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide supporting to our Brokers and BDMs as well as leveraging our Mobile Lending network to ensure you achieve your scorecard metrics.

It's a fantastic role that can help launch your career at ME into leadership, Mobile Lending, BDM or other more strategic positions within our Mortgage Distribution and Operations teams.
