About The Role

Being a passionate and committed individual you will provide an exceptional customer experience to maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs, cross selling, negotiating, managing objections, and increasing conversion rates.

You will be required to utilise your professional customer engagement, excellence in customer service skills daily.
Other key elements of the role include but not limited to:

- Drive conversion rates to meet monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service in the management of new and existing lead opportunities
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely quotes to clients
- Effectively identify needs and cross sell Opteon services
- Develop and maintain product knowledge concerning all Opteon products

About you
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly growing and changing environment
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to build relationships with clients in your allocated portfolio
- Intermediate proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer focus
