The Opportunity
- Commitment to QHSSE policies, standards and practices.
- Taking responsibility for the geospatial management and outcomes of rail projects.
- GNSS processing & assessment of processing accuracy.
- LiDAR point cloud extraction and validation of results.
- Geospatial alignment of extracted swath data and assessment of processing accuracy.
- Tiling and classifying LiDAR point cloud data.
- Generation of LiDAR derived products and quality reports.
- Working closely with operations managers to supervise and support field operations and production.
- Occasional travel for project purposes such as client and site visits and mobilisations.

About You

Your success in securing this role will require:

- Degree level qualification in relevant field (Surveying or Geomatics)
- Experience in mobile mapping and LiDAR techniques
- Proven organisation and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision; and
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
