**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Dingley, VIC (Bunurong Country), working within Chubb Fire & Security. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and tasks. Your enthusiasm, consideration, and ability to manage situations will be key strengths.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively address client queries in relation to all facets of administration, operations, and customer service, including client support, invoicing, accounts/billing, and record keeping.
- Administrative and operational support for Service, Install, Sales and Management Team.
- Co-ordinate travel and accommodation for technicians.
- Raising of purchase and sales orders for stock, medicals, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monthly collation of EH&S inspections, hazards, and branch lead indicators.
- Performing support administration functions in a timely and efficient manner to meet the expectations of the business.

**Experience and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role with strong focus on administration and customer service, both internal & external functions.
- Previous in a fast paced, changing service delivery environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working with an ERP System; Pronto is preferred.
- Can collate and analyse data to support dispute resolution process with clients.
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
- Superb interpersonal skills, a positive outlook and enjoy working as part of a team.
