**About Tesla Academy**

Tesla Academy is an aspiring Local RTO committed to excellence in first aid & White Card training. We are excited to offer courses in Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009), Provide First Aid (HLTAID011), Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) & Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (CPCWHS1001). Our mission is to equip our students with the knowledge and skills to perform first aid confidently and competently.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training sessions in HLTAID009, HLTAID011, and HLTAID012.
- Deliver training sessions in CPCWHS1001.
- Assess students' knowledge and skills in line with ASQA standards.
- Provide feedback and support to students to facilitate their learning and success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**Essential Criteria**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Current qualifications in HLTAID009, HLTAID011, and HLTAID012 (One trainer).
- Current qualification in CPCWHS1001 (One trainer)
- Proven experience in delivering and assessing first aid training courses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
