**Spare Staff** is hiring **Retail Sales Associate** for **Joe Bananas**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:
**SALES & SERVICE**:

- Achievement of monthly team sales goals
- Implement selling tactics, tools and understands key business metrics relating to the store goals.
- Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to our stores.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services.

**OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE**:

- Ensures both personal comprehension of all communication, and timely/accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks.
- Daily Reporting and Report Review
- Inventory assessment
- Reports to Aus GM
- PRODUCT & PRESENTATION:

- Always reflects the company and brand's standards
- Enforces and maintains excellent housekeeping and organisational standards on sales floors and in stockrooms

**PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION**:

- Builds effective relationships and partnerships with fellow team members and clients.
- Embraces and supports company initiatives.
- Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels.

Qualifications to successfully perform in this role, the individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:

- Be available to work a full time equivalent load with a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.
- Flexibility to work rotational rosters and weekends as required.
- Proven autonomous working ability, and the ability to take direction.
- Experience in a customer service business; preferably in luxury fashion retail but not essential.
- Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
- Excellent time management, organisational, problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to utilise new techniques and ideas.

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability
