Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers locate products in the store and provide detailed information and advice on their inquiries.
- Process sales transactions at the POS (point of sale) counter and handle returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an organized and clean store environment.
- Participate in inventory control and ensure the store is stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or retail management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail-related software.
