**The Role**

Derrimut 24:7 Gym in is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated Manager to join our team. This Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a high level of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. This role includes managing staff, addressing member concerns, and driving the gym’s commercial success. The Manager also supervises Customer Service Representatives and Cleaners, ensuring their responsibilities are fulfilled to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all members and staff**. **

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

- Manage 24/7 staffed operations across gym, nutrition bar and retail.
- Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel, accessories and consumables to achieve location KPI targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Recruit, train, roster and manage a 24/7 team
- Develop a high performing team by conducting regular meetings
- Facilitating performance reviews and conducting disciplinary action
- Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
- Co-ordinate Events/Promotions and Group Fitness & Pilates offerings
- Develop marketing/social media content to promote positive location culture and member engagement.

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- At least 2 years of management experience
- Previous Customer Service / Retail experience  
- Willing to work in a 24/7 business (including weekends and public holidays if required) 
- Passionate about Health & Fitness and hitting sales targets  
- Must be 18 years of age  
- Unlimited Working Rights  
- Driver license   
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)  
- Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
