**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out repairs to heavy-duty equipment in both field service and workshop situations
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and RDS major and minor repairs and servicing
- Diagnose, fault find, and problem solve to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Execute machine and component rebuilds with precision and expertise
- Liaise with customers to understand, meet, and exceed their satisfaction levels
- Deliver best practice maintenance, repairs, and service to all equipment
- Travel to assist other branches when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
- Actively participate in Monthly Toolbox Meetings, including Safety and Environment discussions
- Adhere to and understand company OH&S Policies and safety practices
- Perform any SHEQ duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Trade Qualified - Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Diesel, Fixed Plant, light Vehicle trade qualifications or similar.
- Forklift License
- Dogging ticket (or willing to obtain)
