**About The United Services Club, Queensland**
Located in the Brisbane CBD we are a private members club with a 120 history of delivering a fine dining experience famous for personalised service. The Club provides a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service as well as catering to busy private event/ function business stream.
The Food & Beverage Duty Manager reports to the Operations Manager. This role requires constant supervision of standards while enhancing all aspects of operational excellence.
**To be successful in this role, ideally you will have**:
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in a supervisory position in a prestigious environment;
- Sound knowledge of all operational areas in a Restaurant and Function venue;
- Be able to have a "hands-on" approach at all times;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts;
- Good knowledge of fine wines
- Excellent time management skills and an eye for detail;
- Possess a current RSA, hold or be able to obtain First Aid and RMLV certification; and
- Basic computer skills are essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
