The United Service Club Queensland is seeking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Cost Controller to assist our Chef and Operations Manager in our business of catering to a higher standard of daily dining and events catering.

The role which will be not less than an average 10-hours per week with flexible (on site) working hours requiring proven skills in:
1. Verify the cost of sales for F&B outlets and Event menu packages and ensure that retail pricing policies are maintained

2. Submit monthly F&B Report via

a. Monthly stock take results and spot checks as directed by the General Manager

b. Assess portion sizes, wastage and other non-cost-effective practices

3. Develop a competitive purchasing network and quality control practice

4. Examine incoming orders to ensure quality and agreed pricing specifications

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
