We are entering an exciting period of growth and developing our Customer & Community workforce of the future, and have an opportunity for a Customer Insights Project Specialist to join the team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation and the state.

This role is part of the new brand and insights department that will deliver critical projects across the business for our customer’s benefit - making sure we’re having fun while doing it Reporting to the Customer Insights Manager, the Customer Insights Project Specialist will play a key role in building a comprehensive customer insights program, ensuring the delivery of an insights hub that strengthens TasWater’s understanding of its customers and communities. You will provide market research expertise to other teams throughout the organisation and inform organisational and branding strategies using the TasWater customer insights program.
